Preparation for installation of 7/8" FlatBars on a Concours with Clip-Ons Stock bars have .57 inside diameter which must be drilled out to 11/16" as per drawing. Mus be drill in stages, in line with the axis. We recomend that you have a local machine shop do the handlebar conversion for you. They usually charge about $50.
