Our Warranty is a prorated flat fee replacement with no questions asked. Customers pay NOTHING during the first year after purchase. After the first year we charge $40 for any single unheated FlatBar, and $50 for any single heated FlatBar. Replacement kits include a pair of closed cell urethane grips, damper tape sections, a screw set (if appropriate), and adhesive. New allen keys and new hard-cutting die replacements are $5 each. Next day freight is available for an additional $25.
